Adding cumin elevates a simple rice dish into one that is pleasing on the eyes, mouth and stomach! Cumin increases the ability for the body to absorb nutrients and digest the food better. It pairs so well with curries adding extra depth and flavour to your meal.
It's also a genius way to make you look like a wizard in the kitchen. After you've cooked the rice, it take minutes to temper the cumin and mix it through. It's SO simple yet adds such a beautiful nutty flavour to the fluffy white rice.
Think of this simple addition next time you make rice - trust me you'll love it!
